I am Raban and I have a great passion for chocolate! It's been an ongoing love, but it wasn't until my sister had introduced me to fine chocolates. With help from a friend, she hosted a chocolate-taste testing party that featured several different types of dark chocolates coming from different beans from various parts of the world. As we all sat there trying different chocolates, cleansing our palettes in between each bar, guessing the hidden tasting notes, I had realized that I will never look at chocolate the same!

I created this site in hopes that you can immerse yourself in the world of fine chocolates, and hope that you will find a love for it just like I did!
